Email Customizer for WooCommerce 3.33

* Small changes to the html elements used to display the product meta in the templates.
* Fix error notice about `customer_note` and `payment_method_title` in some of the emails.

• Move the registering of the template functions out of the email-header.php. This should prevent the error ec_special_title()function doesn't exist.
• Move woocommerce_email_before_order_table and woocommerce_email_after_order_table to look better in all our templates.

• Updated our plugin-update-checker script.
