Fix: Prevent the 'Advanced' section from hiding in non-Formidable blocks.

Code: Use Webpack for automated releases including javascript minimizing and compilation, English POT creation, version number changes in the plugin, zipping up the Pro plugin, and creating a release in Github.
Fix: The truncate=x option in views was not truncating with only special characters (ie Greek).
Fix: The HTML field wasn't saving when the bottom button was used on the form builder set to save with ajax.
Fix: When the scale field was set to start with a number other than 0 or 1, to many options were generated.

New: Grandfathered accounts can download add-ons from within the plugin
New: As long as Pro is active, add-ons will still get update notices when they are deactivated
New: Licenses included in the Pro package do not need a separate license. The plugin licenses page on the global settings page will not show if all addons are included with the Pro license.

Fix: A rich text field was losing the default value when it was conditionally displayed
Fix: Calculations that included a date field and a set decimal count were generating javascript errors when the date field was empty
Fix: Radio button shadows had a box around them in some browsers
