Formidable Forms Pro

Apanha, I installed the plugins but there's no addons in the global settings while the Pro version has 6 premium add-ons.

This is the main plugin,doesn't include add-ons

Other users doesn't have any problem like this,it's only you.
Make sure you use the plugin only from NF,if you have installed plugin from other site can't help you such i don't know what other sites provide.

I installed from Original Plugin site, then I went to my FTP and deleted it and the I used the FTP and installed yours.
