That link is very very very old and is not from this plugin. This plugin uploaded here 2021 and the url you're showing me is from 2018.

And this what I am getting when trying to download the plugin so it looks like the download button is linked to outdated version.

The error refers to "Paid Memberships Pro - User Pages .6"
