Bug Thrive Automator / Quiz Builder / Leads / Architect - Error

Hope you're fine!
I wanted to bring up a concern regarding Thrive updates (I only have the 4 in the title, but I assume the error is with the entire suite).
Every time I installed one of these 4 plug-ins, I received the following error code:

So I went back to the last version I had (3.6.1) which doesn't have any bug.

Hoping that this will help.

(To clarify: I am on version 6.0 of Wordpress)
