Not bug Unable to Access Previously Purchased Plugin

I purchased a WP Rocket licence in November 2023. Upon returning to the platform, I expected to still have access to the version available at the time of purchase. However, my downloads folder is now empty. Could you assist with restoring access to the previously available version?
