You have to ensure you are activating the free version first before activating the premium version.

Also, there is an update available, I'm seeing on the dashboard.

@Apanha It seems that installing this next to the free one does enable almost everything, but two features: "Google Fonts" and "Widget Cache". They give the pop-up below.
