i am getting this failure- can we get it fixed

I use this plugin and i don't have such issue, it should be incompatibility thing with theme or other plugin. I'd suggest you to disable all plugins and if the issue doesn't appear again then start enabling the plugins again 1 by 1 till you find which plugin causes this
