Hi, I have 7.0.2 installed, I see you have 7.2.5 already, never updated it before. Do I just delete the xstore and et-core folders and replace them with the new ones? (After a backup of course). Thanks!

All you have to do is to upload the theme at wp-content/themes and overwrite when you will be asked.

If your server can handle the update from dashboard go to Themes, click upload theme and go ahead.
Using this method you should export the zipped theme when you download from here because it contains other folders etc

Is it possible to have the older updates all the way to 7.0.1 - my new client missed all the updates and if I install the latest version it might crash the website
