The zip you downloaded doesn't have plugins folder?

@etalramad make sure you install the core plugin also

it does but the xstore core plugin(required plugin) on the plugins installer of the theme always says installation failed

oh it was on the folder i was trying to install it from the the plugins installer that fixed it thank you

Did you installed et-core-plugin.zip plugin ? it needs this plugin installed to work
