Airtable Data on Google Maps is a WP Maps Pro add-on that connects your Airtable base to a Google Map and turns rows into interactive markers and listings. Enter your Airtable credentials, pick the table, map the columns (Title, Latitude, Longitude, etc.), and the add-on renders markers with real-time sync, accurate geocoding, filters, clustering, and fully responsive output.
How It Works
- Connect Airtable: In WordPress go to
WP MAPS PRO → Configure Airtable
, then add your Base ID and Personal Access Token. - Create/choose a map:
WP MAPS PRO → Add Map
. - Enable the add-on: In the map editor find “Airtable to Map (Add-On Settings)”, enter your Table Name.
- Map fields: Assign Title, Latitude, Longitude (required) and optionally description, image, categories, etc.
- Publish: Save and place the map shortcode on a page. Rows become markers with matching listing cards and info windows.
Key Features
- Real-time sync — Airtable changes reflect on the map automatically.
- Column mapping — choose which Airtable fields populate titles, content, images, and coordinates.
- Accurate geocoding — uses your lat/lng columns for precise placement.
- Search & filters — works with WP Maps Pro’s listing/search UI.
- Clustering — keep dense datasets readable.
- Responsive — maps, listings, and popups adapt to any screen.

- Enable clustering for crowded areas; keep listing cards short on mobile.
- Restrict your Google Maps API key to your domain (HTTP referrers) before launch.
