* Fix: Hardened the PDF generation validation.
* Fix - EDD 3.0+: Improved compatibilty with Orders list table action.
* Dev: Removed unnecessary build files.
* Dev: Added the EDD Addon Tools, to standardize activation and integration process.

Fix: Update fallback font for languages using special characters.
Fix: Custom decimal separators are now used on all line items.
Fix: Required parameters no longer follow optional parameters (this fixes a deprecation notice in PHP 8).
Fix: Discount line does not show if a discount code was not used.
Fix: Remove the colored background from the fee amount on traditional and color templates.
Fix: Renewal discounts no longer display if they are 0.00.
Tweak: Discount line has been moved to show above taxes (if enabled).

Fix: In some server configurations, invoice generation could fail with an image size error when using a logo.

FIx: Compatibility with PHP 7.3

Fix: PDF Invoices was producing a fatal error when activated without Easy Digital Downloads being active.
Fix: The default template would cause the store email and domain to overlap with the customer data if they were too long.
Fix: There was a missing closing anchor tag in the Download Invoice link.

• New: Added country selector the PDF Invoices settings and the country is now included on the generated invoice.
• New: Added settings to change the Tax label and invoice heading.
• Fix: Added a comma between the customer city and state.
• Fix: Corrected an issue in the Traditional invoice template that caused overlaps to occur.
• Fix: Updated all invoice templates to use the Payment's currency, instead of the store's.

Fix: Payment currency not respected; default shown instead.

• Add a filter to allow the company name to be filtered
• Display renewal notice on invoices for all license renewals
