Bugs fixed

- When duplicating product/view, the options were not copied
- When closing the dialog without adding an element to an upload zone, you had to unselect the upload zone first in order to re-open it

Bugs fixed

- Backend element locked in product builder was not separated from „Locked“ option for frontend
- When saving elements with double quotes in product builder, the product may can not load after a few times
- Element got evented when locked was false, but actually has not customisation options
- Full-page modal was not fixed in CSS
- Filters were applied to elements that does not support filters​

- When using setting hexadecimal values for color names in uppercase, the color name was not displaying
- If only one design category is used, display the designs directly and not the category placeholder
- Filters were not working in the Advanced Image Editor
