* Fix: Resolved an issue with the the Plaid API update that was not properly working for non-logged in users due to a WordPress AJAX permissions action that was not being passed to allow token generation.

* Tweak: Removed the "Pre-approval" option due to lack of usage and misunderstanding the 7-day limit to charge cards marked as pre-approved due to Stripe's API limit.
* Fix: Added support for Plaid's updated API which removes the "Public Key" in place for requesting a "Link Token" then receiving the key back from the request. This change was made by Plaid for security reasons and affects all new accounts.
* Fix: This update prevents Stripe API setting inputs from briefly flashing when the Connect a New Stripe Account fieldset loads.
