* Fix: When Constant Contact's API is unreachable or down we have improved the error handling so that it catches this exception, logs it, and does not prevent the donation from processing.
* Fix: The global setting for Constant Contact lists wasn't properly dispaying the lists when loading the page for the first time which required the admin to use the "Refresh" button unnecessarily and caused confusion. Now the lists display properly each time the page is loaded if the proper API keys are in place.
