Fixed issue where perk settings were not appearing after converting to GP_Plugin.
Refactored to use GP_Plugin as the base PHP class.
Fixed an issue with HTML field Content not displaying Expand Textarea when enabled. Added "Update URI" to plugin header to improve security.
