Fixed regression where GP Unique ID would prevent Post Content Merge Tags gppcmt_pretty_id entry meta from saving correctly.
Fixed an issue where generated Unique IDs could get set to an empty value with certain setups. Fixed PHP 8 warning.
Fixed merge tag selector not being in the appropriate position for the Prefix and Suffix field settings.
