* Important - Suppressed dynamically added notices on the checkout page when 'Show Excluded' is enabled. When a restriction is active, WooCommerce would keep scrolling the viewport to the top of the checkout page, resulting in a poor UX while filling in the checkout form fields. Notices are now displayed when 'Place Order' is clicked.
