Hello Apanha, in the past I joined the club and downloaded the theme, but never used the demo part until now. I am trying to figure out how to import any demo, since after pressing "Start Installation" it goes well until the step "Content" where it just stays on hold. I inspected the network traffic and it has a 500 error every time it gets to that step. I thought it may be because of the server settings, so I maxed the values at the hosting settings, and it still did the same, so I checked registry and found this line when the content is being imported:

mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: file_get_contents(/var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/betheme/websites/lottie_el/lottie_el/content.xml.gz): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/importer/class-mfn-importer-helper.php on line 222, referer: domain.com

There is to note that if I try to import only the "Theme Settings" it will import them without problems. SO the problem resides in the content downloading from their servers. Are you sure that is working completely fine? Thank you in advance for your time! Cheers

Hi, the demo is downloaded from my server.
The demo import works perfect.

@stambol reported about importing sections (when you don’t use the pre built demos, when you create website from scratch) that for some reason not works, that either has any trick or is theme issue itself because is not working and with real license key.

However the demo import works perfectly

I know what I am asking is a pain in the ass, but if you find the little time to do a fast step by step or video showing how to import the demo, since I understand I am doing it wrong, I would greatly appreciate it and I am sure some users would find it useful too.
What am I doing from start to end, is installing Wordpress, adding elementor plugins from your site as well, and the betheme + child one, and activate primary theme, and afterwards I go to theme settings, import prebuilt websites, I select the one I desire and import it using the database erase option (without it it doesn't work either, tried to), so it fully import the demo site. I as well as mentioned before tried part by part (theme settings, content, .. ) but the content won't import. I even tried with multiple demos, to discard it was that one I wanted that was giving issues. Thank you again for your time and for your fast reply on this matter, it's really greatly appreciated. Which version do you have from me?

All steps are correct, the theme NOW is activated by default and plugins also are included on the theme.
