* Fix: Custom amounts can now be either recurring or non-recurring based on your giving preference.
* Fix: The "Subscriptions Page" setting was missing in Give's general settings due a change in the previous version. It has now been restored.
* Fix: PHP warning "invalid subscription_id error" while donating and using the {subscription_frequency} email tag.
