Can you please re-upload the files? when u have the files from Codecanyon don't open it because the .sql will dissappear.

Doesn't make sense sql disappear when you open the file.
You have to open the file to upload it on server.

Make sure you read the documentation for the v4.0 bcz it needs fresh install.
