* Tweak - Update requirements for WordPress 4.4 to ensure job names save properly
* Tweak - Unknown or deleted products will be assigned a SKU to support re-importing via CSV Import
* Fix - Ensure special characters in item meta are encoded as they can break JSON encoding in CSV files
