SupportCandy Export Tickets add-on provides CSV export functionality to the ticket list.
How does it work?
- You can specify who can export tickets, such as agent roles, registered users, or guest users.
- You can also set the fields to export and their order for agent and customer views.
- Users can export tickets from the “List Actions” menu on the ticket list.
- The export functionality utilizes the current filter applied to the ticket list to export the tickets. For instance, if the user has set the filter to view only tickets of the category “General,” it will export all tickets belonging to that category.
