* Fix: Donors who have a user account can now successfully login within the donation form and donate. Previously, Stripe's credit card fields were not properly clickable once loggged in via the donation form.

* Fix: Donation forms with many custom fields will be limited to sending 20 to Stripe due to their APIs limitations.
* Fix: The Stripe modal option sometimes would not display in certain environments when enabled.
* Fix: Failed 3D Secure payments are now properly redirected to the donation failed page.
* Fix: Resolve issue with the Popup Maker plugin preventing the donate button to be disabled once clicked which would cause duplicate payments to occur if the donor continued clicking.
