A short description of workflow is: all activities necessary to complete a task. When you use Gravity Forms and GravityView, you are already thinking in workflows. What do I want to achieve and how can I use forms and views (and editing entries) to do that. The relatively new plugin Gravity Flow
gives you a lot of extra power if you want to manage workflows.
Gravity Flow adds a big extra value to your Gravity Forms installation by making it possible to add process steps. In every step of the process you decide who gets an e-mail message (or standard Gravity Forms notification) and what action you desire from them. And you can determine which following step (with automated e-mails) is needed. Try it out for yourself and get convinced that Gravity Flow is something you need if you want to have full control over the necessary steps to achieve your goal.
