Added plugin version to the enqueued script on the frontend to help bust cache when updating GP Conditional Pricing. Improved compatibility with calculated products depending on conditional pricing.
Fixed issue where rules configured using decimal comma number formats (e.g. €5,00) was not working as expected.
Added icon for form settings. Improved performance of Conditional Pricing on complex forms. Added "Update URI" to plugin header to improve security.
