Added gpcp_pricing_logic to allow filtering the pricing logic for a given form.
Added plugin version to the enqueued script on the frontend to help bust cache when updating GP Conditional Pricing. Improved compatibility with calculated products depending on conditional pricing.
Fixed issue where rules configured using decimal comma number formats (e.g. €5,00) was not working as expected.
