SupportCandy - Easy Digital Downloads Integration add-on seamlessly integrates the Easy Digital Downloads plugin into SupportCandy.

When customers (ticket creators) create a ticket, they can select a product or place an order. Agents can then view the customer’s order details directly within the ticket.


Here’s how it works:
- Two new custom field types, EDD Product and EDD order, are introduced, allowing you to create custom fields of these types.
- You can add these custom fields, Product and Order, to the ticket form.
- Customers will find a “Get Help” button on the purchase history page. This button redirects them to the Support page and automatically selects the order in the ticket form.
- Agents can access the order history, total spent, and other relevant information within the ticket.
- Orders details can be viewed directly within the ticket by agents.
