When customers create a ticket, they can select a specific course or their course. This information is instantly accessible to agents within the ticket.
How it works:
-Two new custom field types, LMS Course and LMS User Course, are added, allowing you to create custom fields of these types. These custom fields can be added to the ticket form.
-Agents can view subscription history, total spent, and other relevant information within the ticket.
-Additionally, subscription details can be accessed directly within the ticket.
