SupportCandy - WooCommerce Integration add-on seamlessly integrates the WooCommerce plugin into SupportCandy. When customers (ticket creators) create a ticket, they can select a product or order. This information is then displayed to agents within the ticket.
Here’s how it works:
- - Two custom field types, WOO Order and WOO Product, are added, allowing you to create custom fields of these types.
- - These custom fields can be added to the ticket form.
- - Customers can select the product or order they need help with in the ticket form.
- - A “Help” button is added to the order list in front of each order, pre-selecting the order in the ticket form after redirection.
- - Similarly, the product page also has a “Help” button, which pre-selects the product in the ticket form after redirection.
- - You can enable the support tab on the WooCommerce dashboard, allowing customers to view their support tickets on the same page.
- - The shop manager or administrator can create a ticket directly from the order in the backend.
- - Agents can view the order history, total spent, and other relevant information within the ticket.
- - Order details can be accessed by agents within the ticket.
- - WooCommerce subscription details can also be accessed by agents within the ticket.
