WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments 2.0.4

* Fix - Empty period options in Recurring Cart/Package Item conditions.

* Fix - The chosen rate may not be found in a shipping package by ID, or may not be an object. In both edge cases a fatal error was generated by the Shipping Method restriction class. That's now fixed.
* Fix - Category conditions not working correctly with variations.

* Fix - Shipping class conditions did not always work as expected when using the "all" and "not all" modifiers. Fixed.
