* Tweak - Improve front end performance, especially when many pickup locations exists and many items are in cart
* Tweak - Ensure that the amount of available working days for pickup match the corresponding amount of days specified in the deadline setting
* Tweak - Ensure that the lead time correctly offsets the first available day for pickup and that it also offsets the first available opening hours slot for pickup shown to the customer

* Fix - Ensure that if an item which can be picked up is in cart, but is not available at any of the pickup locations, it cannot be set for pickup via the "I want to pickup this item" toggle, and will not be set as a pickup item even if the store is not offering any other shipping methods

* Fix - Address an issue where pickup appointment field was not displayed for product variations when the parent product was not available on all pickup locations
