* Fix - Correct differences in tax rounding between line items and the order total when rounding tax at subtotal

* Fix - Ensure to pass item object or data to filter hiding virtual items

* Fix - Do not trigger the plugin modal when clicking on the order update button from the order edit screen
* Fix - Ensure document tables are not displayed too wide on some email clients like Gmail
* Fix - When excluding virtual items from a packing list, ensure the total does not include any, and that emails are not sent if no physical products are present
