- [FIX] - issue "browsenodes dropdown unavailable in insane mode module / search operation" - also browsenodes fix for NL, SG, UAE
- [UPDATE] new option "Refresh categories:" in BUG FIX tab from module amazon config: available for amazon & ebay: so you can clean (and then refresh) your categories / browse nodes! (usefull in case the amazon api or ebay api updates them) - also this fix some issues regarding the categories for amazon locations: NL, SG, UAE
- [FIX] - country availability box - issue with "false" reporting product as "unavailable"!

- [UPDATE] Advanced Geo Location - now there is a new tab called "Geo Location" in amazon config module where you can set which api to use to retrieve country based location on client IP

- [FIX] - fixed the issues with country availability box on frontend / product details page
- [FIX] - fixed small database insert error which resulted in "Music" category on NL (Netherlands) not being added in the categories list for "insane import" module!
