pro features are not activated.

Can you show me with screenshot please? I see all features are available.

When I try to put any serial number in the license (pro) tab it doesn't work.

Is not required to add license key, the plugin is pre-activated

Hello Apanha sorry for making you waste your time on this. I figured out the problem. I also had the Media Cleaner - Clean & Optimize Space plugin install as well so I think that interferes with this plugin license. When I uninstall both to retry it again. The Media File Renamer Pro works great! I see all the pro features activated. Again thank you so much for your prompt help. God bless you!
