I always upload a Newspaper.zip see image and you can see i cant edit page and theme dashboard

To remove that you must edit the plugin td-composer in every update, that notice is included on the plugin not the theme.
The plugin comes directly from their server.
Id suggest you to ignore it, the theme functions and the importer works perfectly
