As you can see below the templates are loading and working.

I think the issue on you is the previous not working version is saved on the database and it's not recognizing the recent upload.
I'd suggest you to do 1 fresh wp site (even localhost) and check the plugin.
In other scenarios you should clear the plugin settings and transients from the database

it's very interesting what you say, because I have just installed a fresh WP. And never used this plugin before.

I have deleted the website, deleted the database, reinstalled WP, reinstalled the plugin, and have still the same issue.

and

both came with no template inside.

Hi, don't know if you've all resolved your issue, but (at least in my case) when you first go to templates > all, in fact, the "all" tab shows blank. But if you click on the other tabs, ej. "coming soon", "maintenance mode", etc. you will see the templates for that specific tab. After you click on any other tab and then return to "all" you will see all templates. Hope it helps.
