Do you have "Elementor Minimal Creative Dark"?
I was able to install Creative Light from the zip you uploaded before in a comment, that works, but Creative Dark gives me error 403.

Yess, on the latest update. I tested other prebuilt demos, they download and install fine remotely. But the Creative Dark doesnt.
Im guessing its some problem related with the server itself at this specific demo. My luck...

Just click install the demo

This is an issue from your side because it works perfect.
Debug that page to see if something it blocks from loading
