Woocommerce Local Pickup Plus updated to Version 2.0.1

Changelog for V2.0.1 :

* Fix - Fatal error when adding manually a location to an order and trying to send email notifications
 * Fix - When exporting orders via Customer Order CSV Export or XML Export Suite, it should be allowed to have multiple pickup locations selected
 * Fix - When filtering orders by pickup location and there are no orders at all for that pickup location, all orders are still shown
 * Fix - Momentarily block the user interface in cart and checkout while interacting with the pickup fields to avoid click-happy customers preventing pickup information to be recorded properly
