* Feature -Added cart item handling mode to determine whether cart items should be automatically grouped into packages or customers should toggle between pickup or shipping for each item
* Tweak - If there is only one available pickup location for a product in cart, pre-select that location instead of showing a selector
* Fix - Pickup lead time or deadline might have not have displayed the correct selectable days in calendar in some timezones
* Fix - When "Allow customers to select only one location per order" is selected, multiple packages for pickup could have been shown until the user chose a pickup location
* Fix - Setting a pickup deadline to 0 could have resulted in no selectable dates at checkout
* Fix - Ensure screens, styles, & scripts are loaded where needed when "WooCommerce" string is translated
* Misc - Improved compatibility with WooCommerce Product Bundles, WooCommerce Composite Products, and WooCommerce Mix and Match Products
