You don't need to buy it with your account status,you can download it for free.
If you want to buy it you can and you will get updates for 1 year.You can't update automatically from wp dashboard,you must get the update from here.

Thanks i can download it from attacked file.
Can you please check because when i click to BLACK DOWNLOAD button it alway said error . ( Plugins & Theme in Featured)
