Customer feedback is crucial in the support sector. By collecting feedback and ratings for every closed ticket, you can measure and enhance the quality of your support and agents.


How it works:

  • Administrators can set multiple email templates for survey emails sent to customers after a specified number of days of ticket closure.
  • Customers receive the survey email, which includes links like Terrible, Bad, Good, Excellent, and so on.
  • Upon clicking on a rating link in the survey email, customers are redirected to a feedback page where they can submit optional feedback.
  • If enabled, the Survey window is automatically triggered as soon as the customer closes the ticket.
  • A new admin menu titled “Customer Feedback” is added, listing all feedback. This menu allows you to filter feedback based on ratings.
  • Rating and feedback are also displayed in the ticket widget of an individual ticket.
  • Additionally, you can filter the ticket list by rating.


Ratings can be customized to suit your needs. You can add, modify, or delete ratings, and set custom confirmation text for each rating that appears after the customer submits feedback.
