SupportCandy - Gravity Forms integration enables you to create and map multiple forms for your ticketing system, a feature not available by default.
Here’s how it works:
-Create forms in the Gravity Forms according to your requirements and place them on the frontend pages.
-For each Gravity Form you want to integrate, add mapping of each form field with SupportCandy fields.
-Customers fill out and submit the form.
-A new ticket is created, and the field values are taken based on the mapping in the integration settings.
