* Tweak - Remove generic WP filters on location fields in favor of more specific ones for improved plugin compatibility

* Fix - Ensure that in per-item pickup mode, if there are 2 or more products in cart and they're only available in different locations, separate shipping packages are created for the them
* Fix - Ensure that in per-order pickup mode, location-based product availability checks are disabled
* Fix - Ensure that if an item which can be picked up is in cart, but is not available at any of the pickup locations, it cannot be set for pickup via the "I want to pickup this item" toggle, and will not be set as a pickup item even if the store is not offering any other shipping methods
