Fixed an issue with a malformed language metabox in Contact Form 7 version 6. Adjusted the scope of wpml_document_*_item_link in preparation for WPML 4.7.
Fixed an issue with the Acceptance box shortcode, enabling it to work correctly after translation even if it contains HTML.
