I fixed this problem by myself.
See Screenshot, negate the function and it works. but there are many checks, may you could look. The functions name is buddyboss_theme_get_theme_sudharo

I know this, I didn't apply because I always try to find the easy method.
I wouldn't mess with removing functions.

I use the download link and it provides me only the theme.
You can create easily a child style, if you can't let me know to create for you

I have an old Child theme, Just noticed the BB has updated their Child theme a bit in the functions and style. I am not sure if it matters. I just noticed in this video:
