So I made a check with untouched code and the issue is there, the issue it is from the devs. They have messed up the code on this update

Hi @Apanha I've noticed recently that when you are sharing the updated here (thank you) this is the first I know that an update to the theme is required.

Usually, for other themes and plugins I download from NF I still get the update required notification in my WP Dashboard which brings me here to check.

Any ideas why the Buddyboss Theme doesn't recognise an update as being required. Is it down to a file you have tweaked?

Hi mate, the theme is almost totally untouched.
The only thing I have added is a small code on the functions.php file (on the top) which is for the license.
For the specific theme I do manually check for updates on their changelog page
