This is very strange because works just fine on some of my projects and templates load perfectly fine but on some projects, the templates don’t want to load at all.

That’s different thing, the templates etc are downloaded from my server.
i have downloaded and serve them through my server, if elementor staff has created new templates then it will not load.
I will check for new templates and if there are new I’ll update
