Hello. With the latest version I have a problem with the admin panel of the theme:

And there is no Header Builder plugin in the addons folder.

Sure thing,personally when i upload using ftp i upload twice to be sure everything is uploaded.

I had few problems on uploading using filezilla

You was right my mistake,sorry mate.
Re-download the theme now includes the header builder

I downloaded this theme 2 days ago, I don't know if is fixed now but there is 2 missing addons: codelights-shortcodes-and-widgets.zip and us-header-builder.zip
