The plugin don't need any key to work,the plugin works same with/without key.

Also you should know we don't provide licenses here

I have installed it but i cant use it at all without the licence key. Please let me know how i can move onto setting up the form? thanks

Post here Bugs - Reports - Q&A maybe someone can answer you. I don't know personally because i don't use it.
